New Patients:
If you are a new patient, please complete the online medical forms that were emailed to you or plan to arrive 20 minutes early.
Hours:
Monday: 9:30am – 8pm
Tuesday: 9:30am – 8pm
Wednesday: 9:30am – 8pm
Thursday: 9:30am – 8pm
Friday: 9:30am – 3pm
Saturday: 10am – 2pm
Sunday: 11am – 4pm
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. In fairness to our practitioners, staff and other patients we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please be aware that cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a non-refundable fee of $75. No-shows will automatically be charged the full amount of the service to the card on file.
Payment:
We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. We also accept FSA and HSA.
Insurance:
Scarsdale Acupuncture accepts insurance as an out-of-network provider. Please provide us with your insurance information before your first visit so that we can verify your coverage. If you have coverage, we will submit the insurance bills on your behalf.
